Get to Know Joan
Joan’s passion for real estate was sparked years ago when she began investing in land and rental property in the Pocono Mountains near her native New Jersey.
On a trip to purchase property for retirement in South Carolina, Joan was offered a position working for the developer of a new community in the Bluffton / Hilton Head Island area.
Joan eventually went out on her own with a goal to help others and create “clients for life” which could only be achieved by caring for people, anticipating challenges and exceeding clients expectations.
