Joan’s interest in real estate began years ago when she began investing in land & rental property in the Pocono Mountains near her native New Jersey. On a trip to purchase property for retirement in South Carolina, Joan was offered a job working for the developer of a new community in Bluffton, just outside of Hilton Head Island. Joan has built a successful business and now serves as Team Leader of a group of Specialists that work together to better serve you. Everyone has a specialized role ensuring the best customer service possible.
